Some of the guests at Dracula Park find the vampire show too intense, especially when it targets them personally:

(Dracula to his thralls) “...and I am proud of you.”

“Please consider, Your Majesty, inviting us to your lavish and festive banquet.”

“What do you mean?”

“Let us satiate our ancient thirst with the blood of your human guests!”

“Vance! This... this thing is exceeding the limits of...”

“Stay calm.”

“Halt! Hold your thirst, my children. The living are my guests. Dracula's guests!”

“It is not fair, my lord! It is not fair!”

“You... dare to rebel against my will? You are unworthy of remaining in the ranks of my Nosferatu!”

Dracula incinerates the surly thrall. Check out the quilting on that jacket on page 90.
