Thing & Micronauts by Ian Richardson & Bob Almond: Commission

Dallan & Sepsis! Another recent Micronauts commission with bashful Benjy, the second of 2 pieces by a client with Marvel Two-in-One/Thing Team Up themes and both pencilled by Ian Richardson. On December 20 I posted the other one with the explanation about how how these two dream commissions were for a time lost in postal limbo and finally reappeared a few months ago but I was busy with other work at the time until recently. This one shows the team in what looks like Aegypta, a section of Homeworld. Bug, Acroyear, Rann/Space Glider, Mari/Marionette and Ben are on the run trying to evade the blasts of what look like separated modules of Battle Cruisers and/or several Thorium or other Orbiters. This is my 28th Marvel Two-in-One Guy commission, 30th Thing job, 2 Micronauts and my 9th time inking Ian Richardson. Bvreet! Bvreet! Bvreeow!! Completed December 25, 2024, Merry Christmas!

Incidentally, I inked these 2 pieces in backwards order as THIS one was labeled "Micronauts 1" and the earlier posted one "Micronauts 2", probably because there's a story behind the images from the client. But I'm not savvy to it, yet anyway.
