X-Men #200 Second Print cover - Gambit! - Chris Bachalo

This is the perfect example of why Bachalo and Townsend are one of the great pairings in comics. I think Townsend understands Bachalo's unique style to a high level and because they are able to create art that is truly incredible. Congrats! Plus I'm a sucker for a good second printing cover.

Magnifique cover - félicitations !!

Stunning second primnting cover for X-Men 200 by Chris Bachalo and Tim Townsend. I love the combination of these two artists. They did great work on their recent run of Doctor Strange. Which folliowed their great work on the X-Men before that. Chekc out this image of Gambit. Bachalo really captures the look and sex appeal of the Cajun mutant, drawing him in his long trench coat holding out a deck of cards. Townsend's inks complement Bachalo's pencils perfectly, giving the work a strong line and lots of thick blacks that beautifully ground the character. Just a fantastic pick-up, congrats!
