You almost feel bad for Tom with that tear in his eye panel!  Good thing he goes back to his mischevious ways in the very next panel.

Hi Marcus. It's funny, usually  it's Tom doing the bullying, so much so, even his nose is picking on him now, which is ironic seeing he usually picks on it. True story.  I once was assaulted by a flounder. I had the last laugh though when it picked on the wrong person and got battered. Must have had a chip on its shoulder? Anyhoo, it got a salt & pepper sprayed and portioned by the police.  😫🐟(((((
