You know, it was never obvious to me why she is called Dagger. But Fred sure cleared that up with the definitive way he drew her costume here. Plus...look at 'dem tiddies!

The cross on her costume is to show she is cross that you are looking below the eye line, or the ultimate distraction, like Power Girl.
