Description
Starlin obviously brought the character to his full potential, but I've always been partial to the Roy Thomas/Gil Kane era as well. When I saw Tom noodling with this piece for fun, I asked him to do it for me "for real." Finished in gouache on board.

One cool side note: a Joe Jusko "like" on the piece when Tom posted it on social.
