It's got the 70's Marvel cover composition complete with banner, cornerbox, and logo area.  This might have been intended as a cover at one point with the a classic Brunner Doctor Strange image.

That's entirely cosmically possible...and in another universe it is the cover...

that is one helluva way to follow up the issue #1-3 covers with the issue #1 page 1 title splash! cover image worthy unto itself and the beginning of an epic title. congrats!

Thanks Kavi...Indeed it is....It came through my Magical Art Orb worthy to present such a classical image and so pleased to be able to present the first 3 covers then the very page that began it all story wise... Cosmically Fitting..and I happen to love the image as all 3 covers are major action images and this one here so perfect ot begin his journey in a solo state meditative calm and connected to the cosmos.

This is a great example of how good Frank Brunner was on Dr Strange, love the image of Strange sitting at the window in his sanctuary.

That's just great.  Brunner had the good doctor's number.

An absolutely iconic page! Frank Brunner’s artwork in Doctor Strange #1 is nothing short of breathtaking, and this opening page is pure mystical perfection. The image of Doctor Strange in deep meditation within his Sanctum is the ideal introduction, equal parts stunning and thematically rich.

Brunner’s intricate linework and masterful composition instantly immerse the reader in the ethereal, otherworldly realm of Marvel’s Sorcerer Supreme. Combined with the powerful, introspective narration, this page beautifully defines Doctor Strange’s role as a guardian of the mystic arts. A true masterpiece of comic storytelling and fabulous companion piece to your original cover from this issue!

Now THAT is a scroll of words.. an inscription of artful accuracy and an incantation of inspiration worthy of this beginning mystical meditative moment that created the tone for this series and beyond as to what it is to truly look act and be the Sorcerer Supreme!

Amazing splash.  Brunner is the definitive Doc Strange artist (or at least he is right up there with Ditko)

Hey Carlo, While Ditko created the otherworldliness of the character Brunner gave the character illustrious definition that really carved out to me what is for sure his definitive image that's the standard for all other artists who come after him. Thanks for enjoying the splash

This is a legendary splash from a classic comic book from my childhood. I tip my cap to you, sir.
