Description
Got this page about a year ago. Not sure how I forgot to post it.

Starman is a creeper. I liked the first few issues enough to keep reading but it didn't fully land. By the time I finished issue 5, though, it was a must read and stayed that way for at least the next four years or so.

Partially because Harris and von Grawbadger has such a great handle on the book, Jack, and Opal City. They brought so much style to page that it occasionally ate up the story. And while trying to keep the book somewhat grounded, they never forgot it was a superhero book at heart.

Bought this in a ComicLink auction in early 2023.

That cartooning is sweet!  The design with the top heavy no leg day ogre is fun.  That belly flop almost looks like it busted through from the panel before it.

Aside from Starman just being my favorite series ever, one of the great things about it is you can literally see Tony Harris's growth through the series. He was defintely stretching his muscle and trying new things in this issue. Great page here.

nice looking page! Starman is a series I've been meaning to read for years but haven't gotten around to it yet, seeing some great art posted from it recently on CAF is giving me a nudge to bump it up higher on the list to catch up on
