The Quest for Kalevala splash panel page 23A - alternative half-page

Things are so much easier if you are reading only comic books. Like when reading the classical phrase: "It's a bird! It's a plane! No, it's Superman!"
But when you are getting interested in how those comic books are made... things are getting a bit more complicated.
So, now I can only say:  It's a printer's proof! It's an original artwork! No, it's all that!

This is Don Rosa's alternative half-page 23A for his famous Quest for Kalevala story.
When the story was split into 3 parts to be published as a sequel story, there was a need to make 2 additional half-pages to sum up previous happenings: 13A and this half-page 23A.

So, in that sense, yes, this is an original artwork. But, it is actually photostats from page 23 splash panel presenting Iki-turso and the boat together with the sword from page 1 of the story.
There is no additional linework but only the coloring guide written by Don Rosa.
However, this half-page is created by Don Rosa, he merged the photostats. This half page is not done just on a normal copy machine paper, but on the same bristol boards like all the rest pages in this story.
This can feel a bit disappointing for purist comic art collectors with missing linework. However, it still belongs among the original artworks of this great story. 
Once Don Rosa is erasing all pencils from his inked comic book pages it is very difficult to recognise from 1m distance is it a copy or inked artwork ;-)

The previous caretaker of this half-page asked for dedication from Don Rosa, and it is now there in the sword. Should I ask to remove and replace it...? ;-)
