Kenny Rogers was never a Hulk fan.
Hulk showing some real finesse with that gun swipe and crush! Congrats!
This is outstanding--Sal is the definitive Hulk artist, and this is a great example of his work
I wish we could do that to all the guns in the world. Really fantastic Hulk page, congrats!!
I could get behind that!
Congrats TC! Awesome Sal page, love love love it!
Marvel had so many of these epic art runs by one artist on a title. Sal's run on Hulk was and is one of my absolute favorites. From #194 - #309 I believe. Not quite as much (in total issues) as his brother's run on Conan, but darn close. With over a hundred issues to choose from, I can't believe I still don't have a Sal Buscema Hulk piece. What the hell is wrong with me? LOL! Anyway, congrats on a great, great, page buddy.
Birth page of Paul Blart! The best era for Sal's Hulk with the Marvel's TV Sensation designation in this time period!
That bottom 2 panels are Hulk perfection.
The bottom left panel is what this page is all about! Turning steel into metal dust, purely with grip strength? That's POWER!
Congrats on the new piece!
Congrats on the new panel T Shen. "Here, lemme turn that into bacon bits" :D Love all things Hulk related.
Great page! I nearly pulled the trigger on this one years ago - that bottom left panel is AWESOME! Congrats!
Looks familiar!
Man, I love Sal Buscema drawing the Hulk! And here he's backed up by the incredble inks of the great Jack Abel! This is just a wonderful page. Love that opening panel with the Hulk dropping down through the ceiling and everyone running away in fear. Then you have that one guard who tries to frighten Hulk by pulling a gun. And that's followed by the final two panels in which Hulk grabs the gun, squeezes it to dust and literally dumps the handful of metallic dust from his fist. How awesome is that? Just a stunner of a page! Great pick-up, congrats!
You can never go wrong with a Sal page. Congrats T!
Guns...are a no no :) Gotta love the last 3 panels and the transitions! Classic stuff from Sal. Congrats!
Great page! I love Abel's crisp inks. As you note, the lower left panel is superb, but I really like the ground metal falling off Hulk's hand in the next panel - and the shocked look on the officer's face. (Is there really anyone left who doesn't know that Hulk Hates Guns!) Great Sal expressions throughout.
