Description

Sergio's gang repays him for helping Harlan:

“Milady! What’s going on?”

“Get me away from here! Now!”

(Harlan and Kurjak wound two of the three remaining thugs. Rocco draws a bead on Kurjak. Sergio grabs a fallen gun and shoots Rocco repeatedly.) “Die, bastard.”

(One of the wounded thugs shoots Sergio in retaliation.) “Traitor!”

“Ah!”

(Harlan finishes off the guy who shot Sergio.) “Ah!”

“Sergio! Noo! Sergio! Sergio!”

“Livia…”

Sad, but it makes story sense; Sergio has probably done some pretty bad things himself. I do not own pages 92 or 93, but page 92 is posted by another CAF member here, depicting Harlan untying Livia as Sergio lies grievously wounded. The dialogue on those two pages is:

“Sergio, please, no!”

“Livia, even without me, don't stop trusting... and forgive me.. if you can...”

“Unfortunately we have to go now.”

“Olimpia will have to pay for this too.”

“Sergio's car... quickly! Let's go back to the city center.”

(Olimpia to her driver) “I have to disappear. The Dampyr won't stop until he kills me.”

(Kurjak and Harlan are in Sergio's car.) “Are you sure that infernal beast isn't headed away from Rome?”

“We have a fifty/fifty chance. The Appian Way has no exits. If Olimpia is going back into the city, we'll soon find ourselves behind her car... There she is!”

“He's already caught up with us! Can't this carriage go any faster?”

“I'm already at full speed!”

It's cute that Olimpia thinks of a car as a "carriage."

If only Sergio wasn't so blood thirsty of a gangster himself, he might have survived.  The first page faithfully re-enacts this scene.

If you play with fire, you're gonna get burned.

Just like the movies, once they stablished that Sergio was a good family man that did bad things, you knew it was not going to end well for him.

Yeah, sad but basically what I expected for Sergio's fate starting several pages ago. Thanks for providing the link over to the other person's gallery so we can visually (and through your translated dialogue) continue the story for at least one of the pages you don't own!
