Description
This page was published in May 1981 and was drawn by Jim Aparo.

I have been looking to add a Green Lantern page from Aparo's ten year run on The Brave and The Bold for several years but GL only appeared in issues 134, 155 and 174 so such pages rarely showed up on the market. Then in April 2025 Mike Burkey had four pages from issue 174 up for sale so I grabbed this one. Having Batman and The Guardians of The Universe also depicted was a bonus.

Awesome team up!  Aparo gives that signature heavy brow line to Green Lantern to make the action more dramatic!  At this point, we've seen a lot of the new wave artists like Adams and Grell take on GL, but an Aparo one is a bit harder to find.

Aparo page with Bats, Hal and the Guardians? And a page with four large panels? Oh yeah, this is some fine collecting here. Totally awesome!
