DescriptionThis was the big pick up at Como ( it was pre purchased online but delivered at the con) I was so excited to see this pop up. The color guide has been in my collection for almost 20 years, so it is very exciting to finally have the set. And it is oversized too 13x19 page of full Mignola and Russell art! Amazing technical design as Russell is so precise here over the Mignola design. Yet there is a warmth from the closeup and the body language employed here.

Always loved Mike's sci fi tech designs. Shame he never had more opportunities but those crumbling statues and graves are pretty cool too.

Amazing you were able to reunite the two! Beautiful pre-Hellboy example of Mignola's work with what was probably his best inker/slash legend in his own right PCR. Seems like you had a great Como!

They were a great combination, and loved how all the faces are handled on this page. Mike was always a great storyteller and I love how he staged this one. And yes very thrilled to have made the set. Como is always a great time cause it's more than just attending a con.
