Really great page with that team up between Sal and Joe. That Sybil sequence is beautiful, and the killer ROM panels are so so nice. Great one Rick!

Your gallery is probably my favorite "time capsule" on CAF. ROM was another fun title that was so representative of the 80's. And of course the names Buscema and Sinnott need no introduction. Wonderful page and a great snapshot from a magical and memorable decade.

Juyst like the cover, this is a really dark and mysterious gothic romance tale that ROM gets into as a total outsider to bring a chaotic dynamic to a typical genre tale. The Sinnott inks made sure this mash up made ROM look gleaming as a contrast to the haunting atmopshere.

Those top 3 panels could be Wrightson horror panels and then Rom comes in. Such a great mix of a page.

Top notch storytelling by Sal B. The flow from one panel to the next makes what's happening clear even if you don't read the narration.
