Description

A little before Jock illustrated his iconic Joker cover to Detective Comics #880, he illustrated the covers to the first 3 issues of Azrael volume 2. I�m happy to have a couple cover examples from Jock of one of my favorite comic characters.

Jock is one of those artists whose original art sometimes only tells part of the story. It's so interesting to see how he took this great drawing and concept, and then elevated it to the final cover. Congrats!

You are very welcome, Daryl. I enjoyed it for a good chunk of a decade and there was no one else I'd rather it end up with, thanks for the smooth and pleasant trade as well. congrats on having 2 of the 3 covers now, maybe the third will materialize!

Jock rocks this with a ninja style aerodynamic dive! Azrael dropping into the fray between protestors and the National Guard! Maybe he's got a can of Pepsi to disffuse the whole standoff.
