Description
Lots of nice panels in this big Sunday from the great Frank Robbins. Obviously the top panel is a winner with a beautiful shot of another great Robbins female character in Chris Carey who has a design so confidently cool you want to follow her adventures in her own strip. I also love the dramatic lighting in the second and fourth panels and the interesting design of the female researcher antagonist. Robbins would switch to a two tier Sunday page very soon after this as the comics pages shrink and newspapers routinely cut off the top tier of the strips to save space.

So angular.  So Robbins!  Panel 2 and 4 are so good with an even bigger contrast of lighting from the lamp to build up the reveal.

Very nice add to the collection. Thes later Hazard strips are my favorite, when Robbins came into his own and dusted off the Caniff influence. Every panel is a composition master class. Congrats.
