DescriptionI won at auction as an Unknown artist - but was able to confirm that it was drawn by Steve Lipskyin 1986 ... a year before he was co-writer / artist on comic book - Phantasy Against Hunger #1 September 1987 Tiger Comics - Steve did the Super-Ice cream art as a promo piece for neighboring Ice Cream shop.
