Description
Inks and pencils on artboard measuring 16.5 x 20 inches. Published in the UK children's comic Rainbow on 23 April 1955. Regular strip featuring the characters Jess and Jack. I think these strips usually had the word 'Chums' in the title.

The art has been attributed to Anton Lock (1893-1971).

Possibly a precursor to - or influence on - Judith Kerr's Tiger Who Came to Tea?
