DescriptionWhen image came out i preferred Savage Dragon and that book became my favorite of the batch! Blood and Guts and Super Patriot were two spin offs that completely blew me away! I fell out of comics in the highschool (due to circumstance, not choice) and got back into them in college. i started buying OA and this was one of the first pages i bought and i love it. its got Dragon and sets up that he's frustrated and he's even wearing a cool shirt! I only got to meet Jason once and i don't recall interacting much with him. some comic book day party in dallas if i recall correctly. he drew a big live art piece and it wasn't selling. i told him to just add a big red X on the character's forehead and boom -- it sold. anyways, Blood and Guts was my intro to his work and i'll always cherish this page.Social/Sharing |
