A 'Beast' of a page indeed! And I really like this depiction of Big Bad Hank. Beast is powerful and it SHOWS! Congrats on yet another fantastic SIWVG page - you are leading the pack!

I love that killer splashy shot of Hank/Beast and Panel 5 is definately giving off some nostalgic and classic original X-Men vibes and feels! Great page from the A-NX-Men's first issue, your Immonen collection continues to grow strong - congrats!

This was a great run! Fantastic to get a #1 page.
You got Bendis, you got Immonen, you got X-Men and you got a page from the very first issue. Seems to me like you got it all! Did I miss anything? The money shot is so beautifully drawn, and I also like how physically imposing Beast appears to be in the final panel, just by drawing him much taller than everyone else an drawing the scene in an up shot. But my favourite part of the page is actually the second to last panel, with the team shot including them all wondering what's going on and each character is drawn with a different facial expression. But I love that the giant money shot is what immediately grabs you and pulls you in, so you can then slowly but surely begin to appreciate everything else on the page. Kudos on this fab acquisition, Jason!

The handling of the difference in scale uses some nice viewing angles, particularly in the last panel, to emphasise the journey yet to come for Hank McCoy. Plenty of good visual metaphors. Nicely done.

The dynamic duo of Stuart and Wade making it look easy yet again! A simple page of all dialogue made visually interesting with smart layout choices and facial expressions that draw you in. Love it, Jason.
Great shot od BEAST
I wholly agree that Immonen turned in tremendous work around this era... and not too long after, he was part of the dream team leading up to ASM 800. In fact, I think he was the best artist on that crew. Easy to see his talents right here!
Love this kinda layout with the splashy establishing shot followed by some good o'l smaller panel storytelling! Love those 2 panels of the Hank head shots. Congrats on a sweet get from issue 1!
