Dream Realized – Ramos Wolverine

This one means the world to me.

The first comic convention I ever attended was in San Francisco, and the main reason I went? Humberto Ramos. I was obsessed with his work on Wolverine — the dynamic poses, the big hands, the snarl that actually felt alive. I never imagined I’d one day own a fully rendered commission of Logan by Humberto himself.

Then one day, I saw this pop up on Anthony Snyder’s site. My heart just jumped. It was everything I ever wanted in a Ramos Wolverine — powerful, hunched, kinetic even in stillness. The pencils, inks, and marker work are all pure Humberto: stylized and bold, with just enough exaggeration to make it unforgettable.

I bought it immediately — no hesitation. And I just want to say: huge thanks to Anthony’s Comic Art for being such a trustworthy and professional source. Every interaction I’ve had with Anthony’s team has been smooth, reliable, and just plain enjoyable. As a collector, that kind of consistency matters a lot.

I’ve admired Humberto’s work for decades now, and finally having this piece — this exact one — feels like a full-circle moment.
