Starfall
written by Paul Kupperberg

Story page 17
Blackstarr recounts her origin to her mother whom she was separated from by the Nazis.
She charmed the camp commandant and was spared. At the end of the war she was able to get to America using false papers.

Always happy to add more Infantino/Oksner Supergirl pages and I now have 15 pages from this issue.

Wow, awesome page. I wasn't aware of any characters at the Big Two whose origin included being Holocaust survivors, except Magneto. But the irony is that after reading this page alone, you'd think she'd have gained her powers and used them to do good, not become evil herself! Congrats on getting so many pages to this story, by the way.

She's a good girl, loves her Russia
They freed us gone America too
She's a good girl, who's crazy 'bout orphans
Dark forces and from Poland too

And it's a long way, Carmine and Bob Oksner
There's a mean hate, runnin' through Blackstarr
And I'm a bad boy, 'cause I won't even kiss her
I'm a bad boy for readin' her art

And it's me, star fallin'
Yeah it's me, star fallin'

I always enjoy a good NYC landmark in comic pages, nice Statue of Liberty perspective shot at the bottom. congrats on 15 pages from the issue!

Interesting contrast between the statue and Blackstarr, both in robes, one welcoming, the other with her arms crossed, looking down menacingly.
