Technically, this was a two-figure commission from Dave's mail order list earlier this year, but even discounting the affable Soot Sprites, I think it's safe to say Dave went above and beyond. I'll include his description on his Instagram post of the piece below:

"Spirited Away. The request was "Miyazaki, artist's choice." That's a lot to choose from, but Spirited Away is one of my favorites since I saw in in the theater 20+ years ago. And I just love the character designs."

Nailed it with a nail gun set on automatic! Very nice gray wash to have that magical supernatural storybook feel.
