Reached out to J.K. Woodward after I got curious one day if he still had pages from The 49th Key. That was a Heavy Metal project that John Barrowman had tried to turn into a TV show at one point several years ago. Woodward is a great talent, and is a master at capturing likenesses. From his work on Star Trek and Doctor Who, I've been a fan. Those Doctor Who pages were snatched up long ago but a John Barrowman page from a really wild Heavy Metal story scratches that itch. Adjacently at least. Just really liked how the whole team was together in this one.

What a stroke of genius it was for you to reach out and inquire about these pages. This one and the other one are so masterfully painted it feels like I'm in the scene with the characters.

Thanks! And yes, I highly reccomend checking out Woodward's work. I became a big fan during the IDW Doctor Who/Star Trek crossover comic.
