Ramona Flowers by Stephane Roux

      Stéphane Roux is a French animation and comic book artist. I met him at Supercon (Big Wow! ComicFest) in San Jose in 2008. My friends and I sat with him on Sunday night as he told us about growing up in Tahiti and surfing. Stéphane was a guest at Galaxycon in San Jose this year and I had the chance to meet and chat with him. I was only there for a day so no time to get a convention sketch. I looked through his portfolios and picked out this cute drawing of Ramona from the Scott Pilgrim books. He told me it was a suggestion from a livestream audience. I was tempted by other pieces, but settled for this sketch card, a couple prints, and two sketchbooks.
