This issue is fondly remembered as peak Todd on ASM. Venom's return goes hard with McFarlane's hyper detailed style pushing the limits on what comic newsprint paper can handle!

Absolutely! I loved this page when I read it, and I did everything I could to get it when it came up for auction. Of my pieces, this is by far the one that gets asked about the most. The detail work is insane to me.

Great page!! Always enjoyed how Todd somehow made even lifting weights look cool.

Thanks brother. Haha, I have to agree. He has a way of taking mediocre images and makes them look interesting.
