DescriptionA classic romance splash from the hand of Alex Toth and inked Mike Peppe. This is probably my favorite period of Toth’s work. His stories for Standard comics in the 50’s really did “Set the Standard” and influenced a generation of cartoonists who followed. Love how he used lettering to emphasize the storyline here with the divided title-just another example of his brilliance as a comic artistSocial/Sharing |

The big question mark too may be seen as part of the title as romance is up in the air!
