Totleben, John - Swamp Thing (2004) (8.5x11)

Amazing ST portrait.

It's beautiful.

I do not think there's any bias involved when you say this may be the best Totleben Swamp Thing portrait, Indy... it's stunning.  The lighting is incredible, and the subtle, immaculate touch in the rendering (especially around Swampy's right eye) is, yes, Totleben at his best.  And it's those eyes that take this to the next level, right?  It's like looking into the windows of Swampy's soul... just that the window sills are covered by plants :) .  There's a weight and timeless quality to this, as if you stumbled onto a daguerreotype portrait; I can imagine a cosmic administrative office wall upon which all the members of the Parliament of Green are represented in similar fashion. :) Gorgeous, GORGEOUS pick up, Indy!  Mega-congrats!
