Very cool vintage pin up! Done during the height of Hulk's popularity during the Bixby years. The set director probably got the switch plate off the shelf somewhere to reflect the times.
That's right, Marcus. It's really cool to see the movie and see these details. Elliot's room is full of objects that perfectly reflect the '80s. There are several references to the Hulk, the light switch, and even a sleeping bag. As you say, the Hulk character was very popular at that time.
