The Cybertron images are some of the best parts of the Dreamwave run! You really feel like they took the property as seriously as the Japanese animation Toei studios.

whoa, is that a probe droid in the last panel!?
I believe the fallout from the rocket is dwarfing the planet Cybertron, which looks way smaller now in comparison (and I guess looks like Vader's interrogation droid?)

Oh cool, you got the partial origin page where Kal-El is launched from Krypton in the rocket ship! I love Zor-El's shades in the first panel, too.

Well, sure! Zor-El is way cooler than Jor-El, so he would be the one looking on while wearing cool shades! Not buying it, eh? Okay, okay, I had 17 people to leave comments for so I was racing through it as fast as I could and I fucked up, I admit it.
In other Super news, I read the first 7 issues of Absolute Superman. While I wouldn't quite recommend it to my friends, I like it enough so far that I intend to catch up to the current issue, and then decide whether I will keep going with it. I suppose the good news is that while you, Carl and a few others told me it focused more on the "class structure on Krypton", and that made it difficult to get enthused to read it, it wasn't really about that as heavily as everyone made it sound to be, so at least I don't hate it as I expected I might!

Dammit! I'm sure there was a volleyball scene coming up in the series that we never got to saw.
