Killer redo by Milgrom for this milestone cover! Super Adaptoid is given the upperhand in this version. It's a style that Gil Kane would have devised to put the heroes in more danger on the cover.
What I find very interesting is that in some areas like Cap's figure, Milgrom seems to have drawn from Joe Sinnott's inking style, but on The Beast, anyone could be excused for thinking Terry Austin inked the figure!
