This cover is very cool and Larsen is able to get the pre-Marvel Atlas monster flavor into his run! A treat for those who know his love for this period of Kirby kaiju creatures.

Hilarious! Love this Eril Larsen Defenders cover! It's one part Atlas Monsters cover and one part Superhero cover! Now that's not something you see every day. Atlas monsters were always kind of goofy. You always had the feeling that if you threw a real superhero group at them, they'd fold like a pack of cards. But here you have the Defenders facing Orrgo the Unconquerable and they look ready to give up before they even try! Just another example of the Defenders always needing help defending themselves! Great cover by Erk Larsen! Fantastic pick-up, congrats!
