DescriptionPERRY RHODAN #266 (Original Cover Art) - Johnny Bruck (* March 22, 1921; † October 6, 1995).The collage artwork was published first on October, 1966 as cover of the German PERRY RHODAN pulp series edition #266 »Die Tempel von Darak« (The Temples of Darak). Afterwards, it was also used in the US as cover of FANTASTIC April 1969. Interestingly, on the back of the illustration board is the original art for TERRA #263 (1962), »Rendezvous on a lost world« (Die Welt der Roboter). Cool piece with 2 artworks and 3 publications... I had to look up the year of Fantastic Voyage which this reminded me of! Sure enough that movie was from 1966.
