In case you're not up on your recent/modern Venom Comic Lore, Codex is Eddie Brock's Son, Dylan Brock, who is 1/2 Symbiote and 1/2 Human. The son of Eddie Brock and Anne Weying (She-Venom). Dylan/Codex possesses the ability to transform from Venom into a Super-Symbiote, who goes by the name Codex. The kid can conjure up his own version of the All-Black Symbiote Sword and is clearly tracking to be WAY MORE powerful than his Dad.
