A little background, James Allen created the internationally syndicated comic strip Mark Trail for ten years (4 assisting Jack Elrod, 6 on his own). When Jack retired, he gave James all of his Mark Trail collection. Among the items in the collection, were stacks of ORIGINAL art for the daily strips Ed Dodd created.

This is an individual daily which ran in hundreds of papers nationwide, including the Washington Post. Measuring 7" tall by 23" long.
