Constantine by Steve Dillon

So…I sold pieces during the CAL…my first CAL, thank you again Simon for advising me, and thanks to the folks who bought before, during, and after the CAF as well!

And while attending to my booth…I scrolled…and scrolled…every…single…piece for sale. You know…for research! Actually it was, I had no intention of buying anything.

But then I saw this in Brett’s Great White North Booth….and I had to have it. I have a Dillon Hellblazer page, but it doesn’t have Constantine in it, and this is a really, really nice sketch. So…yeah, temptation given into! Happily! Fuck it, dude, I can save a bit extra for the new roof in the spring! Thank you Brett!

(Full disclosure, if I had sold more…there were two other pages I wanted, too…unrelated to this piece, but I’m in the damn confessional, so why not…if someone buys my Batman Sienkiewicz painting…I will get those two pages and have enough for the roof. The siding, garage door, and tree work are paid for…leaves the roof and my wife’s car.)
