Somebody took a short cut on the Jack of Hearts costume.

In the 90s for a while he had to wear this armor because his power was leaking out. Looking back though it was probably done as much for a plot point as it was to help the artists out.

I know Jack's costume was changed so the artists no longer had to suffer, but man, that thing is absolutely atrocious!
