Manaul conveys everything that you need to know from the splashy large panel of rescue to the quiet aftermath by the figure poses and the wash tone environments.

Thanks, it's collected in Superboy: The Boy of Steel by Manapul and Geoff Johns. I've got a few pages from it and it was the first story where Manapul a true star artist
