Adams and Cardy had different styles... somehow it all worked out.
Adams' 3 issues on the Teen Titans may not be considered standouts among his other work. Maybe because they were inked by Nick instead of Neal himself or Dick Giordano. Or maybe because it was the Teen Titans instead of Bats or GL/GA. BUT, if you really look at these stories for what they are, the layouts and storytelling in TT 21 and TT 22 may be some of Adams' best work. And I think Nick did a great job inking Adams.
