Description
I was hooked on Firestorm from the first time I saw his picture in the DC house ads back in the late 70s. I bought his first issue in 1978.Then the DC Implosion cancelled the title and I lost him seemingly as quickly as he had arrived.

I cheered when Firestorm was admitted to the JLA, the greatest superhero team of all time and my favorite comic. When Firestorm got a run as the back-up in The Flash, I bought every issue though I was otherwise an irregular buyer of The Flash. And I was certainly on board with the reboot in 1982.

Suffice it to say, when I started buying original art, Firestorm was a character I wanted. I didn't get a Firestorm page during my first run of buying original art in the late 90s, but I finally got one last year. It's not a splash page or anything like that, so I didn't rush putting it in my gallery. But now, it's time.

The page features Firestorm in his alter ego changing into The Nuclear Man in an alley, and flying up to a rooftop. Perfect! Now to find other pages with Firestorm.

Nothing better for a fan than finding a straighforward Firestorm centric page.  It is a big plus about this piece.

Exactly! While I have many reasons for choosing which pages to buy, sometimes it simply comes down to I want to see a good view of THIS character. With a character with an outfit as cool as I consider Firestorm's, I'm glad I found this page.

Thanks.

I remember this time period, being consumed with teenage heroes with striking costumes, like Firestorm and Nova. They really hit a perfect pitch with me.

Now, to find an affordable page with a great Nova image.

And while I'm looking for 80s heroes/villains with great costumes, where can I find some Human Fly, Vigilante, Terrax, and Moses Magnum pages?
