Earliest clubs elected a slate of nine club officers: Chief Mickey Mouse, Chief Minnie Mouse, Master of Ceremonies, Cheerleader, Song Leader, a Color bearer. two Sergeants-at-Arms and a Courier. The officers served eight week terms and presided over the election of new officers, usually passing down their pin. By 1932 there were over one million members in over eight hundred Mickey Mouse Clubs each containing 1,000 to 5,000 members. Four different styles of these officer buttons are said to exist.
