A lovely and playful image! I don't know anything about the artist, but I guess she grew up on J Scott Campbell's art. Perhaps a little Ramos as well? Fun stuff, and a whole lot more bang for your buck, whatever it cost you, than a certain Black Cat cover appearance by Al Milgrom!
