DescriptionSam Kieth was a revolutionary in the 90s … his style was mind blowing when I first experienced it on MCP .. it was so unique and stylistic.. a total visual treat . Lush and powerful with just enough crazy… sometimes it evolved to more crazy than anything else but always fun to look at. I have been looking for the right example for me.. I’ve had a couple and they were lovely but without ponying up big bucks for a page from his classic Wolverine storylines I think I’ve landed on one. A wolverine title page from a later point (2009) but so many elements that scream Kieth.. all while getting a half splash of wolverine on a motorcycle.. Wolverine fighting samurai .. running from horses.. even in costume fighting dinosaurs!! Even a Snikt!! What more could one want from a one and done???Social/Sharing |

Ponies = horsepower = Wolverine on a badass bike! The layout and the splatter are grim and gritty 90's turned on its head with his outlaw style! The dino hide, Wolvie's gruffness, and where the rubber hits the asphalt texture gives him plenty to noodle and string together the vintage Kieth look.

I love that he gives him that chunkie MCP wolverine look in costume with the Dino.. yet the slimmer Hulk/Wolverine look on the bike.

Brilliant Kieth page with all of his signature elements, including the custom panel design and borders. I also had my eye on this one when it surfaced. Congrats!!

Badass Sam Keith Wolvie Biker Dino Ninja Horsies page!!!! The detailing on the half splash image of the motorcycle is so cool. sweet pickup, congrats!

Logan and dinosaurs check two very large boxes here, but I can'get over the octagonal panel designs. It's such a unique choice and it works. Can another artist pull that off or is this just Kieth? Wonderful page!

Kieth did very little X-Men title work, so this is a great pickup!
