Hello. This is not Hitch's art.
Thank you. Can you say more please? I just picked it up at auction. I also had doubts but got the opinion of a friend and respected art collector who said it looked like Hitch. I agree it looks off, except maybe the Carrier, his mouth, and the awkward action body mechanics resemble Hitch.
I saw the auction as well but it is just not Hitch. It looks like one of the Brazilian or Spanish artists DC was using during the New 52 period but I would need more time to do some research.
