Batman and Robin year one #1 - variant cover by Mikel Janin!

I can’t begin to say enough great things about Mikel Janín! He is all class.

This piece is unbelievable. A stunning homage to Batman 9. Mikel mostly works in digital but completed the pencils and inkwash on this piece in traditional art! It turned out so well.

He also threw in an incredibly highly produced artist proof of the finished colors. Plus, 2 copies of the actual published variant cover. One of which was signed.

Best part of the experience was chatting with Mikel about the art process on this piece. Which he mentioned in the hand written note. Very happy with this piece.
