Pat Olliffe Untold Tales of Spider-Man #2

These look so much better in person without the colors.  A very bold move with the dark storyline in just the second issue of this series to fit in between the original Ditko ASM issues.  Olliffe's main image is breathtaking in the gothic style.

Exactly, I saw this and was honestly shocked at how dark the material and the imagery played out. The story is unusually dark but interesting for a 90's Spidey book. And the pencils and inks remind me so much of Gene Colan's work on TOD. It was reasonably priced, I'm glad I was able to secure it. Thanks again my friend 🙏🏼
