Great early Wash Tubbs panel, featuring an early appearance of Bull Dawson, Wash’s & Easy’s archenemy. Crane started Wash Tubbs in 1924 and it is widely regarded as the first adventure strip. Original art from the first years is scarce, especially 1925-1931 artwork is virtually non-existing...from the Bobby G. Murphy collection...
