Description

John Byrne pencils/Al Gordon inks; page 3; 1984; image size 10" x 15" She-Hulk! She-Hulk suns herself on the roof of the Baxter Building, unaware of the airborne paparazzo approaching in a helicopter. After she fails to stop them getting away with the photos, she goes on a mission to prevent their publication in this memorable issue by Byrne, inspired by Kevin Nowlan's classic She-Hulk pin-up. Pen and ink. Some background elements in panel 3 are printed pasteups. Art is in excellent condition. Signed by Byrne.

An incredible and quintessential John Byrne She-Hulk image in panel 3 and an awesome leaping She-Hulk towards the helicopter in the final panel. Great JB She-Hulk page addition, congrats!

This is in reaction to the tabloids of the day with their telescopic cameras photographing a pregnant Princess Diana at the beach. It's the outrage of the public that is the emotion behind the last panel!
