Menacing ASM page!!!

I had left the hobby not too long before this storyline was published, so I'm not familiar with it except in basic terms from what I've read about it and heard people say about it over the years, but one thing I can definitely say is that Bagley was a fantastic artist almost from the start, and he has gone on to become one of the most important Spidey artists of all-time. Great looking splash, Riz!

Very dramatic dropping the webbing pattern altogether and using only the different shades showing that the image of Kaine would dominate over everything else in this page.

Damn, man. I just remember thinking Kaine was so freaking cool. Loved the design by Bagley. Also, haters can hate but man I was so IN on the Clone Saga. This page brings back all those feels!

Fantastic title splash! Definitely remember Kaine and this is a quintessential shot of him. Then you get that bottom left. Love both of those swinging panels.

People can hate the clone saga all they want but it's like the phantom menace that it gave us darth maul, so the clone saga gave us Kaine
