Ian Kennedy - Junior Quizzer #9, page 2

I've never seen a physical copy of Junior Quizzer, but I believe each of the ten issues published during 1975-76 has a feature with a 1.5 page story that has painted art by Ian Kennedy and ends with a puzzle for the reader to solve. The other half of the second page reproduces art from an Airfix or Revell plastic model kit that is related to the story's main subject. This is the half page from one of those stories and has Ian doing what he does best.
